CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)
The Department of Agricultural Marketing and Cooperatives, Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock invites interested registered Bhutanese Farmers’ Group, Cooperative and licensed entrepreneurs to express their interest in taking over the utilization of the Wheat Milling Machine currently available with Gensum Pasta, at Genekha, Thimphu.
The machine was initially provided to the previous beneficiary, Gensum Pasta, on a cost-sharing basis whereby 70% of the cost was borne by the Department and 30% by the beneficiary. However, as the machine has remained idle, the Department intends to transfer its ownership to a suitable and potential proponent to ensure its full utilization. Ownership will be transferred to the selected proponent upon payment of 30% of the total machine price to the previous beneficiary.
