The Department of Agricultural Marketing and Cooperatives (DAMC), Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock, invites Expressions of Interest (EoI) from eligible registered Farmer Groups and Cooperatives for equipment support to enhance their production, processing, value addition, and marketing activities.
1. Eligibility Criteria
Interested applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be a registered Farmer Group or Cooperative;
- Hold a valid registration certificate;
- Have a clear need for the proposed equipment to support or enhance their group/cooperative activities; and
- Be willing and able to contribute 60% of the total cost, with 40% supported by the Government.
2. Cost-Sharing Arrangement
The equipment support shall be provided under a 60:40 cost-sharing arrangement, as follows:
- Government Support: 40% of the total cost of the equipment;
- Beneficiary Contribution: 60% of the total cost of the equipment.
3. Application Requirements
Interested Farmer Groups and Cooperatives are required to submit:
- A duly completed Application and Agreement Form (Download Here)
- A copy of the valid Registration Certificate
4. Submission of Application
Applications may be submitted either:
- By email: sangaychoden@moal.gov.bt; or
- By walk-in submission to the Department of Agricultural Marketing and Cooperatives (DAMC), Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock.
Therefore, Interested Farmer groups and cooperatives are requested to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) to the Department of Agricultural Marketing and Cooperatives (DAMC) on or before (20/08/2026).
Applications received after the deadline or without the required documents may not be considered.
