The Department of Agricultural Marketing and Cooperatives, Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock would like to invite interested Bhutanese Farmers’ Group, Cooperatives and Entrepreneurs to take over the utilization of facilities and structure available at Sherichu, Mongar for the purpose of processing lemongrass products and related activities. The details of the structures/facilities are provided below:

Note:
- Preference shall be given to proponents with experience in processing lemongrass products and related activities.
- The existing structure needs minor repair and maintenance prior to its use. As such, proponent shall carry out repair and maintenance at their own cost.
- There shall be a nominal lease rate and the structure will be leased out for 3 years. The lease tenure may be extended for another term, subject to fulfillment of the set criteria.
Interested proponent(s) can submit the duly filled-in template in a sealed envelope addressed to the Director, Department of Agricultural Marketing and Cooperatives, Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock before 11:00 AM, 31st January 2023 and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM.
