The Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock (MoAL) of the Royal Government of Bhutan (RGoB) is implementing Building Resilient Commercial Smallholder Agriculture (BRECSA) project. The seven year project is financed by Global Agriculture and Food Security and co-financed by International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD). As required by the project document, the Project Management Unit (PMU), Samtenling, Sarpang, inviting competent consulting firms to submit E0I for baseline study.
The study is basically to gather baseline data as per the logframe for project monitoring, evaluation and impact assessment at the end of the project period. The detail of the baseline study is given below:
