The Regional Agriculture Marketing and Cooperative office (RAMCO) Mongar, invites interested Traders, exporters, Wholesalers, retailers, processor, Entrepreneurships, Business and others Market operational to participate in the establishment and operation of the Export Facilitation center located on a rental basis at Nganglam Dungkhag.
This initiatives aims to facilitate and strengthen the Bhutan Exporters Association, (BEA).
Scope of the EFC
- To facilitate and strengthen the export of agricultural produces
- To facilitate the storage of agricultural products during the off season period.
Terms and Conditions
• The initial operation duration shall be a minimum of two years.
• Preference shall be accorded to the bidder offering highest rent. The minimum monthly rent, calculated based on the carpet area, is Nu: 36,002.61. The structure is classified under town category C, with total carpet area of 8,124.77 sq. ft.
• The operator shall grant Bhutan Exporters association (BEA) or any exporter to access to facility during the agriculture export season. Such arrangements are subject to mutual agreement on the rental costs to be borne by BEA or exporter for duration of use.
Eligibility criteria
• The Applicant must be a Bhutanese citizen holding a valid trade license.
• Eligible applicants may include any individual. Company, Farmer group or Cooperative engaged in agriculture marketing, outlet management, or agriculture production with relevant experience in the field.
